PRODUCT COMMITMENT

Remanufacturing of Heavy-Duty Trucks means that heavy-duty trucks undergo remanufacturing procedures including overall inspection, maintenance, component replacement, performance restoration and re-inspection to meet standards, restoring 100% factory-original performance and realizing efficient utilization of the truck value.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

1.The remanufactured heavy-duty truck and its five core components (engine, gearbox, axle, steering gear, frame) shall go through full inspection, overhaul, part replacement, performance recovery and secondary re-inspection.
2.After remanufacturing, the overall performance of the vehicle shall reach 100% original factory performance level.
3.All assembly dimensions, operating parameters, sealing performance and safety indicators shall comply with industry and factory technical specifications.
4.No oil leakage, air leakage or abnormal noise shall exist in running test; braking, steering and power output functions work stably.
5.Complete inspection records, test reports and product identification labels shall be provided upon delivery for acceptance check.

2.Provide one-stop whole-process tracking service: vehicle receiving, disassembly assessment, remanufacturing progress notification, real-time inspection communication and delivery handover.
3.3.Arrange professional technical personnel to answer customer consultation on component performance, remanufacturing process and operation usage at any time.
4.Support on-site inspection before delivery; provide detailed operation guidance for drivers and maintenance staff when handing over finished products.
5.Establish exclusive customer files to record remanufacturing records, service records and follow-up maintenance reminders regularly.
SERVICE STANDARDS

WARRANTY STANDARDS

1.The remanufactured engine, gearbox, axle, steering gear and frame enjoy a unified official warranty policy formulated by Craftsman.
2.The warranty covers failures caused by remanufacturing craft, replaced spare parts and assembly problems; damage from improper operation, overloading, unauthorized disassembly and natural wear is not within warranty scope.
3.During the warranty period, free maintenance and replacement of qualified faulty parts will be provided, with professional technical troubleshooting support.
4.Customers shall retain delivery test reports and warranty certificates; regular routine maintenance as required is a prerequisite for valid warranty.
5.Remote fault guidance is available nationwide; for major malfunctions, arrange after-sales engineers for on-site maintenance service within the agreed response time.
